INGREDIENTS
1. Eggs – 3
2.Water – 2 Tbsp
3.Salt
4.Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Take 3 Eggs. Firstly, Separate the egg whites and the egg yolks in two separate bowls.
- Add 2 pinches of salt in both bowls . (Egg white and Egg yolks )
- Start beating the egg white using an egg beater or a whisk.
- Beat Until it becoms Fluffy. Once you got stiff peaks, keep them aside.
- Now mix the Egg Yolk, add 2 Tbsp of water to the egg yolk and beat until it starts to foam. Then keep it aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp Butter in a non stick fry pan . Keep the flame on very low heat.
- Pour the beaten egg yolk into the frying pan. Cover & cook for 2 min on very low heat.
- Once the egg yolk is cooked , add the beaten egg white and spread it over evenly using a spatula or a spoon.
- Cover and cook for another 3 minutes on low heat.
- Switch off the flame and Transfer to a plate.
- Serve hot.
Recipe Notes For Cloud Omelette:
- Serve hot.
- You can Spice it up using some chilli flakes or spices and herbs of your choice.
- Cook on very low flame , else they might burn.
