INGREDIENTS

1. Eggs – 3

2.Water – 2 Tbsp

3.Salt

4.Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Take 3 Eggs. Firstly, Separate the egg whites and the egg yolks in two separate bowls.
  2. Add 2 pinches of salt in both bowls . (Egg white and Egg yolks )
  3. Start beating the egg white using an egg beater or a whisk.
  4. Beat Until it becoms Fluffy. Once you got stiff peaks, keep them aside.
  5. Now mix the Egg Yolk, add 2 Tbsp of water to the egg yolk and beat until it starts to foam. Then keep it aside.
  6. Heat 1 Tbsp Butter in a non stick fry pan . Keep the flame on very low heat.
  7. Pour the beaten egg yolk into the frying pan. Cover & cook for 2 min on very low heat.
  8. Once the egg yolk is cooked , add the beaten egg white and spread it over evenly using a spatula or a spoon.
  9. Cover and cook for another 3 minutes on low heat.
  10. Switch off the flame and Transfer to a plate.
  11. Serve hot.

Recipe Notes For Cloud Omelette:

  1. Serve hot.
  2. You can Spice it up using some chilli flakes or spices and herbs of your choice.
  3. Cook on very low flame , else they might burn.
